Our mission is simple: to make the analogue switch-off clear, manageable and safe for the businesses that depend on these lines, and for the partners who serve them. No jargon, no pressure; just a proven service and a calm, experienced team behind it.
Lauson Technology Services Ltd was formed as a joint venture with an established US technology partner whose POTS replacement platform already protects critical analogue services at scale. We combine that proven technology with UK market knowledge, UK contracting and UK-based support, all delivered through a growing partner network.

As co-founder of Lauson Technology Services, Mike brings nearly 20 years of experience in the Unified Communications market. He spent 9 years with a Tier 1 telecoms provider, gaining deep insight into how major operators build, deliver, and scale services.
He’s also held senior roles in both start-up and mid-sized businesses, giving him a rare perspective on how innovation, agility, and enterprise-scale demands fit together.
Mike helps partners and clients align technology with business needs, always grounded in real-world demands and with a sharp eye on where the industry is heading next.
Oli Compton
Co-Founder
As co-founder of Lauson Technology Services, Oli brings more than 21 years of commercial and sales leadership experience in telecoms.
He previously co-founded and built a business from the ground up, leading it through sustained growth and a successful sale.
That experience shapes his approach today, helping clients cut through complexity, unlock growth, and make the right communications choices, always with clarity and a refreshingly jargon-free style.
Tina Telson
Co-Founder, Director
Tina Telson is Co-Founder and Director of Lauson Technology Services, bringing 28 years of telecom industry experience to the company. Her career spans leadership roles at some of the industry's most recognized names, including Lumen, Comcast, Level 3, Zayo, and Integra, where she built deep expertise across UCaaS and voice solutions. Tina's background spans sales, operations, and product management, giving her a well-rounded, end-to-end view of how telecom services are built, sold, and delivered.
As a patent holder, Tina brings an innovator's mindset to Lauson, helping clients navigate an increasingly complex communications landscape with practical, results-driven solutions.
